Tile Rescue™ currently ships orders within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Red Devil, Inc.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information or packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Orders received with visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs when requested.

All sales are final. We do not accept product returns or issue refunds.

Our products are covered by a Limited Replacement Warranty only. If a product peels, cracks, or separates when applied strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, we may replace the product at no charge provided:

• The claim is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date;
• Proof of purchase is provided;
• The used product container or cartridge is returned for verification upon request; and
• The product was used in a residential application.

The Limited Replacement Warranty does not cover improper application, misuse, commercial or industrial use, normal wear and tear, damage caused by conditions beyond our control, or labor, removal, incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages.

Tile Rescue™ products are intended for use only as directed on product packaging, technical documentation, and application instructions.

Product performance depends upon proper surface preparation, substrate condition, compatibility with flooring materials, environmental conditions, and correct installation techniques.

Red Devil, Inc. is not responsible for failures resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Failure to follow instructions
• Incompatible materials
• Structural movement
• Moisture intrusion
• Subfloor deficiencies
• Conditions beyond our reasonable control

Users are responsible for determining product suitability for their specific application.

All Website content, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Product names
• Product descriptions
• Photographs
• Videos
• Graphics
• Documents
• Instructional materials
• Website design
• Software
• Text

are owned by or licensed to Red Devil, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant Red Devil, Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize such content in connection with our business, products, and marketing, without additional compensation to you.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
